Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your order. We do our best to assist you quickly and easily.

Cancellation Before Shipping
You may request to cancel your order free of charge, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. To do so, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

After the Order Has Been Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you may use our return process, as described in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Refunds
If the cancellation is successfully completed before shipping, the refund will be processed using the same payment method.
If the order has already been delivered and is returned, the refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the item.
