Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Items may be returned within 14 of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, please contact us at support@sandyboys.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Random T-Shirt Capsules
Products sold as "Capsules" or "Random," where the customer does not select the specific design, color, or size at the time of purchase, are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or shipping errors. By purchasing this type of item, the customer acknowledges and accepts the random nature of the selection and waives the right to request a refund based on dissatisfaction with the design, color, or size received.
